Content Access License

Subject to your compliance with this License and to an active subscription where required, MVN grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and view the Content online on marcusvance.com, solely for your own private and non-commercial learning. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.

You must not:

• download, record, copy, cache for offline use, redistribute, sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Content;
• reproduce, publicly display, broadcast, or create derivative works from the Content, or remove any proprietary notices;
• share your account credentials or provide any third party with access to the Content;
• scrape, harvest, or extract the Content by automated means, or circumvent any access control, rate limit, or security measure;
• use the Content to build or train a competing product or service, or to interfere with the Platform.

The catalogue evolves over time. MVN may add, update, or withdraw Content and features, and may improve or change the Platform for security, stability, and quality, provided this does not substantially deprive an active subscription of its core value. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Content and, where applicable, of any revised terms notified to you.

The Platform may include third-party and open-source components licensed under their own terms. Those terms govern your use of the respective components and, in case of conflict with this License for those components, prevail. A list of such components and their licenses is available on request.

The Content is licensed, not sold. MVN and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Content and the Platform, including all intellectual property rights. The "Marcus Vance" name, logos, and brand elements remain the property of MVN.

The Content and the Platform are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MVN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your access to or use of the Content. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law, including your non-waivable consumer rights.

This License terminates automatically if you breach it, and ends when your subscription ends. On termination you must stop accessing and using the Content. Sections on ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.
