Acceptable Use Policy
Effective as of Jun 22, 2026 · 22:10 BST (London time) — Marcus Vance Network
Your subscription gives you personal, online access to courses, podcasts, coaching, and the community. This policy explains how to use the Platform responsibly, what is prohibited, and how violations are handled.
1. Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy governs your use of the Marcus Vance Network platform (the "Platform"), operated by Lucky North Star LLC, and in particular your use of the online courses, podcasts, coaching, and community features accessed through your subscription. It supplements our Terms of Service and Content Access License.
By accessing the Platform, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with the rules below.
2. Eligibility and your account
You must meet the eligibility requirements set out in our Terms of Service and provide accurate account information. Your account is personal: you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out through your account.
You must not create an account on behalf of someone else without authorization, nor create multiple accounts to evade a suspension.
3. Acceptable use
Use the Platform for its intended purpose
The Platform is provided for your personal learning and participation in the community. You agree to use the courses, podcasts, coaching, and community lawfully, respectfully, and only for your own account — not to copy, redistribute, resell, or otherwise exploit the content or the Service.
Anything that harms the Platform, its content, its operator, or other members is prohibited. The following sections set out the specific rules.
4. Prohibited content and conduct
When using the Platform or its community spaces (comments, messages, profiles, groups), you must not publish, share, or promote:
- child sexual abuse material or any sexualisation of minors — zero tolerance, reported to the competent authorities;
- pornographic or sexually explicit content;
- the sale, promotion, or exchange of weapons, drugs, or other controlled substances;
- counterfeit money, stolen payment data, forged identity documents, or any financial fraud;
- hate speech, slurs, or harassment targeting a protected characteristic;
- violence, threats, spam, malware, or malicious links;
- content that infringes copyright or other intellectual property rights.
These rules are detailed in our Community Guidelines, which form an integral part of this policy.
5. No unauthorized access, copying, or scraping
Courses, podcasts, and other content are provided for online consumption only and are not offered for download. You must not:
- download, record, copy, or store the content for offline use;
- reproduce, redistribute, resell, or publicly display the content;
- scrape, harvest, or extract Platform content by automated means without written authorization;
- attempt unauthorized access to Platform systems, or reverse engineer, tamper with, or circumvent access controls, rate limits, or security features.
6. No sharing or reselling of access
Your subscription grants access to one person only. You must not share your login credentials, resell, sublicense, rent, or otherwise transfer your access to a third party, nor give several people access through a single account. Access rights are non-transferable.
7. Suspension for violations
We may suspend or terminate your access to the community, your account, or both, with or without notice depending on severity, if you breach this policy or use the Platform in a way that threatens its integrity, security, or other users. Where a violation is confirmed, the consequences set out in our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines apply, including that no refund is issued for any subscription period in progress.
8. No warranty and limitation of liability
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lucky North Star LLC shall not be liable for damages arising from your use of the Platform, except where such limitation is prohibited by mandatory law, including your non-waivable consumer rights.
9. Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without prejudice to the mandatory protections of your country of residence. Questions: legal contact form.
